Wireless Router Reset Procedure
There are two ways to reset your netgear router.
1. The first way you should try to reset your router is to unplug the power adapter from the back of the router. Wait 30 second and replace the power adapter.
The second method for resetting your router is more disruptive- WARNING- this method resets the router back to it's factory defaults, and will require you know your username and password to re-program the router so you can access the Wonderwave network. If you do not know your information, only try the first reset procedure. If it does not solve your problem, please call our office at (815) 653-7873.
2. There is a reset button on the back of the router near the antenna.
Press and hold the button with a paper clip until the lights change (about 10 seconds)

From a machine that is connected to the Ethernet port (not wireless) go into your web browser, type routerlogin.net/basicsetting.htm
If this does not work, you may need to reset your IP address.
You can right click on the two computer icon in the lower right task bar and select repair, or else restart your machine.
If it still does not work, you may have a bad router.
